Which students does Jo Tutors support?
Jo Tutors specializes in K–12 math. If your student needs help in another subject, mention it on the consultation form and we’ll let you know what support may be available.
Do you offer online and in-person tutoring?
Yes. Available formats depend on the student’s needs, location, and schedule. We’ll walk through the best fit during the consultation.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on grade level, weekday or weekend scheduling, and whether sessions are online or in person. You’ll receive clear options after the consultation.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least one hour before the scheduled session time. Please keep in mind your desired reschedule date/time may not be available due to other previously scheduled sessions. Cancellations may result in your session times being given away for that day or no longer being available. 8 or more cancellations (for one student) in a 2-month period may result in your schedule being changed for the following month, or your preferred time slot no longer being available.
